Water Cycle

We have started learning about the water cycle in the classroom. We have talked about the 4 different stages: precipitation, collection, evaporation and condensation. Ask your child to explain the picture below!

Warm Feet for the Street Campaign

Hi everyone,  I have had some of you ask about the Warm Feet for the Street Campaign that the Ambassador Club students are organizing and that all grade 4 classes are participating in. If you would like to make a donation we would love to take it. We are accepting donations until Dec. 13 so that the students in the Ambassador Club have time to stuff the socks. We have had a generous parent donate approximately 90 pairs of socks so we are needing stuff to put in them. Ones & Tens

Today in math we explored the idea behind ones and tens. We talked about how many ones can actually go in the ones place (no more than 9!) and why we have to change them out to the tens when it becomes 10.
